We offer our clients an option to pay us for our advice and services by either charging you a fee (in which case this would be agreed with you in advance of any work undertaken on your behalf) or by receiving a commission payment if we arrange a product on your behalf, this would be paid by the product provider. The amount of any commission would be disclosed. For mortgages you can choose how we are paid; this can be by fee or commission. If we charge a fee, our typical fee is £150. We will also advise you if you have to pay VAT. Further details about the cost of our services will be provided at our initial meeting.
